Mid Care Day 22

Mid Care Day 22

Posted 14th February 2022

Here is the guidance.

What’s the competition?

The competition is to shine a light on care! This year in Scotland we are using a lighthouse as the theme. A lighthouse supports and guides sailors to the shore safely, avoiding barriers and helping overcome obstacles, like we as corporate parents support young people. Please feel free to use our lighthouse attached.

Who can be involved?

Everyone!! This is not only for young people in care but everyone. Whether you are a corporate parent, support someone, are in care, are a carer, have never heard of care…we would love your support

When do we share our display?

Care Day – Friday the 18th of February

Even though Sue is fully in control of this decision-making process - something our young people often are not - the transition has still been discombobulating; letting go of something she enjoys and that has defined her, and moving on to something that will be incredibly rewarding and joyous.
