One of our new cohort has signed up for their property, they have been working so hard to turn their house into their forever home. This is such a rewarding time for this young person as they have been amazing and lead staff through each stage of their journey. 

Well done and we cant wait to see the finished product.

NHP is celebrating two huge achievements: 600 care-experienced young people have now moved into homes of their own as part of the growing House Project community which is now made up of over 1000 young people. This achievement is about so much more than just numbers, it demonstrates a growing community of young people leaving care, living connected and fulfilling lives through developing friendships and community, and really showcases the significant difference meaningful relationships can make.
