After a number of weeks the referrals have been opened, they are closed. We have our new cohort we just need to find out who is up for getting on board and into the MHP community.

NHP is celebrating two huge achievements: 600 care-experienced young people have now moved into homes of their own as part of the growing House Project community which is now made up of over 1000 young people. This achievement is about so much more than just numbers, it demonstrates a growing community of young people leaving care, living connected and fulfilling lives through developing friendships and community, and really showcases the significant difference meaningful relationships can make.
