Gav has worked for 11 years with young people within youth work, outdoor education and in the 12+ practice team within children’s services.
Gav’s experience is different In all aspects of his work whether that be taking young people surfing, supporting them through difficult transitions or being a corporate parent to support when needed. He is excited to be part of Midlothian House project and having the opportunity to connect and build relationships and watch the project and young people grow and develop.
In Gav's previous role within the 12+ practice team, he had experience of referring young people for house project and now is ready to support as one of the NHP team.
